Overview Cell Groups Teams Alpha Groups Encounter Retreats Network

Cell groups

At Stanley Park Community Church we place a lot of emphasis on our Cell Groups. These are small groups of about 6-15 people. Cell groups generally meet weekly and in most younger children attend with their parents. A few of these groups meet in the Church building, but most meet in people's homes.

The Cell Group is more than a meeting - it is a network of relationships. These relationships extend beyond the weekly meeting time and become a cornerstone of life in the church. When the Cell Group does gather together it brings opportunity to make close friendships, to worship together, to share honestly, to pray for each other, to learn from the Scriptures, to grow spiritually, and to develop ideas and listen to God's direction for loving and serving those around us. The focus of a cell group is on living out our faith together in a family like setting.
